new year's eve at gerald's hse.

had YE today. nothing much really. sat with alethea and esther and jeanette. haha talked most of the time. did pay attention at some parts. then we went to the coffee shop to get a drink. most of us drank lemon tea lol. except for i think alethea and sandra. haha then there were pigeons abt. a pigeon flew very near us and li en screamed! alethea screamed too and then asked, "what happened?" --'''
haha then we stayed there until it was close to 4 and were leaving when ANOTHER pigeon flew near us and li en screamed again haha. and some stall aunty said something abt us. so we all think the ppl there dun like us cos we make so much noise. oops
went back up to get our bags before going down to the sanctuary for main service. the songs were quite ok. hmm...oh yeah the sermon. it was quite ok. talked abt the possibilities of eng cong and chi cong combining together.
oh then there was this guy tt sat across the aisle frm us, and every time pastor paused he would like say mm. or jus laugh. li en and i were quite freaked out. then when he suddenly stood up we were like omg what's he gonna do?! turns out he was jus gonna shake hands with uncle kenneth and reverend soon cos he was leaving.
but it was still weird leaving in the middle of sermon. and my sis was like eh where's he going? and i answered err he's leaving alr? cos he can't stay on. haha then she was like oh icic. think was very obvious cos i was in front of her and had to turn behind.
and apparently we made quite a lot of noise. according to the parents. haha say we kept turning around and making noise. ok...haha and alethea and li en skipped whole of intercession. and didnt have to say the responses. cos they went toilet for SO long.
then service ended quite late. haha we were gonna go gerald's hse for dinner! ok at first i didnt rly wanna go. cos like i still had hw and wanted to do (see i'm so guai1) but later esther came over and said going for dinner only. then i was like ok loh and my parents would come pick me up.
so we all got ready to leave. which was quite long. haha think i was a bit mean to darren cos i put my hand on his head. cos he was shorter than me. he was saying something abt my sis saying he sucked and him saying she sucks too. i told him to walk over himself and tell her. LOL. ok then we finally left and went to clementi.
li en and i concluded tt alethea needs to take mrt more often (: cos ah. she dun even know take which side to clementi and dunno how many stops. haha i think it was quite funny. oh and daryl carried a lot of ppl's bags! my sis was like safe or not...haha
hmm ok so we were on the mrt making lotsa noise as usual XD and we got off at clementi. and alethea was like I KNOW THIS PLACE. cos her sch's near there? i think lol. in the end we ate at macs. yeap kinda retarded but nvm. it was quite funny. quarrel abt what's the purple guy's name. cos got ronald mcdonald, burglar, the cute nuggets, and the purple guy.
so alethea and mel insisted it was grape. i had no comment cos i dun rmb. sandra felice shu en and li en all thought tt it was another name like grim something. turns out they were right! cos mel asked some worker there and she went to get the manager to ans our qn. haha kinda surprised ppl actually would wanna entertain us and ans our qn.
ok then we ate until we finished and started leaving for gerald's hse. apparently shu en knew the way so she lead us. mel and shu en became tour guides and said, "oh on our right is block 336." haha and we reached the playground. think li en wanted to play so shu en said ok u guys can play here for five mins.
but we didnt i think so we walked until we reached another playground. some ppl played while others sat on the benches. and jus stared at them playing. haha it was kinda funny. and we were talking abt some stuff too haha
ok the playground was actually at his block alr so we had to wait for him to come back frm buying drinks. so he finally came with other ppl and we went up. haha got into the second lift. it only went up to the 23rd floor.--''' so we walked up until the 25th. haha it was quite a long lift ride. haha and there was an insect! so shauldnald asked fiona to take out her slipper and he whacked it
and the slipper landed on the floor! almost hit me but it didnt so good. no insect haha. ok enough abt the lift. we reached his house! and we realised the other lift took all the way to the 25th floor! we walked for nth. we shld have waited for the other lift!
oh and we walked in, we were greeted by two dogs, called...triple and stubs! stubs as in stubborn tt kind haha. THEY ARE SO CUTE. triple loves people. cos he rested on amanda's lap (: oh and stubs likes to sniff ppl. esp. when it's ppl who jus came in frm the door. haha it's so cute! they're both males. still cute anw!
and alethea likes the tail only--''' so weird! haha we were ruffling triple's fur. so cute we played with both dogs. haha ok shu en and jeanette are quite afraid of them. esp. jeanette! she didnt dare to go near them. haha they were so cute lah. touched both their noses. hehe and li en likes to pinch their fats! but they are rly fat. haha
and got once when she pinched! think stubs or triple either one turned to look at her and she was like oops. funny! oh then we were jus walking around. finding stubs haha ok then after a while we went into gerald's room. and so cool! he had this clock. which will flip after each min. then li en and i stared at it to see it flip
haha then we wanted martin to see too! when he came in later. cos there were bomb attacks in bangkok and we were watching the news. cos there were ppl we knew there. so li en asked him to look. and he didnt cos he thought the news was more impt. then we held hands and prayed.
oh and triple was with us! then when we prayed at one point he put his paw on my hand. ouch his nails are sharp! then he put back down before putting his paw on my hand again. so i held his paw until we went one round and finished praying. haha then he let go. think he wanted to pray too (: oh and he likes me! he doesnt like daryl! haha cos he lets me take his paw. but doesnt allow daryl to (:
but i think he likes all of us so it's ok. cos he's cute. but a few ppl prefer stubs more to triple cos of his fur. which is nice too (: i like both. i think they're so cute even though they're getting old. but younger than me. haha oh and we played with triple before he had to go for a bath
then we went for stubs! haha cos he's cute too so yeah. playing with his fur. think before tt me, my bro, li en, mel, alethea and kenneth were sitting together cos we wanted to play with stubs. haha and he sort of "listens" to mel. then we sat in a circle so tt stubs wouldnt be able to leave. but he still left anw. and came back again too. (:
haha then we watched CSI. repeat epi though. and mel is a fan of CSI. it's nice actually. yeap and mel was asking if me and my sis watched some epis before. some were familiar and some were not. but it was still nice to talk abt it. very interesting then we went out to have a time of sharing.
stubs was walking around and cos jeanette was scared. i ruffled his fur so tt he'll come to me instead. yeap and got my hand dirty again haha but he's cute so it's worth it (:
had to leave in the middle of sharing. haha alethea left before me. along with esther and cassandra. then she asked me to go down. so i went down too. it was like 10plus. haha cos our parents were on the way to pick us. yeap they took so long for once (:
