swimming :D and games carnival '08

went swimming ytd! and i got darker alr O: i'm quite sad now :/ haha we only swam eight laps though. which is quite slack. ohwell! half the time me and my sis were talking :D then we went over to our mommy. piggybacks! haha good thing about being in the water. you're probably half your weight even when you're lifted up!
ate at the restaurant at safra. haha it was okay. it was freezing though! then after lunch we walked back to our house. then me and my sis changed and went out. did abit of shopping only. then went back home before leaving for the airport to meet my daddy :D
i fell asleep on the bus. was feeling tired. and it was a pretty long ride to the airport. i've started reading the pact again! yay. haha need to catch up on my reading :D i have like i think five of my own books? and a few of my sister's books!
so anw we went there and ate dinner at earle's swensens. a more high-class swensens! haha it was quite nice. their service was good. i ate sandwich. which was quite nice :D and ice-cream! yay. haha then the manager of swensens could remember us O: she could recognise my mom. but she remembered us wrongly. cos it was our first time there! haha but because the workers are all scattered around the different outlets. so yeap!
and this goes to show how often my family goes to swensens O: haha but she was nice! very funny :D then we cabbed back. fell asleep again! ohwell. and i was feeling cranky. wanted to sleep really early. but in the end i slept at like 11plus :/
games carnival today! played captains' ball. haha which was fun :D other ppl who played were amanda cleo dionne gloria nat and nicolette! we had three wins, a draw (and lost because of the retarded penalties) and lost one by one point! O: but anw it was fun. tiring but yeah. didn't get into semi-finals even though we almost did. if we had won that penalty or won wisdom. then yeah. haha! but it's okay!
and winning against charity wasn't a very nice feeling. cos they were really tired and were short of players in the initial part of the game! was talking to the catcher from charity. and she told me the games' timings all clashed and they were short of players. and they were really tired. maybe they could have planned better for them. ohwell!
and i think i got darker again ): SIGH. at least i wasn't red like abigail! from her swimming ytd and today's sun! haha like a lobster. or scorpion as eileen described! hahahah funny. when scorpions are black. she wanted to say scorpion but it came out wrong. and ms lim used the same description! haha then we turned to look at abigail :D
had band today. cca resumed alr! :/ haha the auditor came. checked instruments. discussion of the band tee again! although i would rather have a jacket. the pullover hoodie kind :D it's practical! but then again, we might not be going.
today was quite fun :D oh and i learnt how to play oboe yay! :D i just hope i can rmb the fingerings until next week. but nvm i can always ask mag to teach me again haha. it's fun cos i'm kinda bored of playing my instrument all the time. but i brought it back today need to practise. if not next week i'd be so dead.
and don't be sad alr! our plan's gonna be alright :D me and mag figure out alr! so it's okay.
