GOLD WITH HONOURS YO!

THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST AWESOME DAY OF MY LIFE! :D
THAT'S RIGHT PEOPLE SNSB GOT GOLD WITH HONOURS TODAY! 31ST MARCH 2009, SECOND DAY OF SYF, BAND NUMBER 19!
i'm still feeling really happy. and honestly today's playing was the best performance ever! we could really tell the difference. it was like woah. and at the end of jericho i was smiling to the audience alr :D that was how happy i was. the ending note was like so in tune and awesome and you could hear the rebound after we end!
and when they announced the results, we only heard "gold..." AND SO MANY PEOPLE STARTED SCREAMING! only a few people heard the with honours part. i heard the w then i was like OMG! the feeling was amazing. i seriously didn't expect to get it, at the most only gold.
but yeah man i wanna commend amk secondary. THEY'RE REALLY GOOD! as in compared to them, i actually think we're not that great, like we don't deserve it. but they went overtime which was REALLY wasted! it shows that they are GWH standard too. and their percussion was like O: they're really good! i was watching them play and i was like omg they're so pro.
anyway i think the cool part about everything is that we're the first band in singapore to get gold with honours! :D and it's only the second day. ACSI also got it. afternoon session haha.
chem test was blah. anyhow do hahahah. but yes i did! unlike clarice who doodled. i saw it. really pro. time spent after that was with some band people and chows! :D talked. listened to overture and jericho. we sound really good. i can melt just listening to our playing.
so yes i'm really happy. it really makes my time in band worthwhile. no regrets going down so often, feeling tired out and all. everything. and hey, the best part is, WE DID IT! our badge brought the gold back, WITH HONOURS may i add :D hahahah and i'm proud of it. i guess it has started to sink in. it's really unbelievable!
like a miracle as mag said. and i really think it was. it was weird, but during cheng mei's prayer, i started shivering. and i think God was with me. and i really wanna thank God for everything He has done for me. You're really amazing. i called and You really answered. thankyou (:
and to all the people who wished me, thanks loads <3 really appreciated it.
we'll see tmr if they'll announce. if not, i would happily do something next week :D
